CHECK LIST
Thank
you for your interest in Cox High Definition Cable. For your
convenience, we have provided a checklist so that you will know
exactly what you may need to subscribe to this service.

You WILL need
- A
1080i high-definition television
- An
HD Digital Set-top Box
- To
live in a location that is wired and serviceable for Cox Digital
Cable
- A component
stereo audio/video cable (available for sale from Cox) is
required.
You MAY need
- You may need to
advise if additional cables are needed for other electronic equipment;
DVD, home theater etc. Other cables Cox has available for sale
include s-video, optical SPDIF, and Y splitter.
- You will need an HDTV set (HDTV-capable or HDTV-ready) and a Cox
Digital HD Set-Top box to receive Cox Communications complete HD
channel lineup. Cox Digital Cable subscription required to receive HBO and
Showtime.
- If
you would like to only enjoy broadcast network HD channels,
some HD televisions are available with a built-in HDTV QAM decoder.
