Percy Kirk - Vice President
and General Manager
Percy Kirk currently serves as
senior vice president and general manager
for Cox Communications Omaha. In this role, Kirk manages the
strategic operations of Cox Communications and Cox Business Services
in the Omaha metropolitan area and the Sun Valley, Idaho, region.
The company, which operates one of the highest-capacity and most
reliable broadband delivery networks in existence, employs more than
1,000 people and provides telephone, video and data services to both
residential and business customers. Before working for the Omaha
system, Kirk served three years as vice president of network
operations for Cox Arizona. He has also served as vice president of
operations for Cox Communications Kansas system and has held a
variety of positions with Multimedia Cablevision.
Kirk holds a
bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and a master’s
degree from Friends University. He serves on the board of directors
of the Greater Omaha Chamber of
Commerce, Urban League of Nebraska,
Omaha Sports Commission and Mid America Council of Boy Scouts
of America. He also serves on the advisory board of the Salvation
Army of Omaha.

Borchers - Vice
President of Human Resources
Ann Borchers has served
as vice president of human resources for Cox Communications in Omaha
since 2001. Through her role, Borchers has created a professional
recruiting organization and completed several executive level searches.
Before joining Cox, Borchers worked for 10 years at Inacom Corporation,
a technology management services company in Omaha. Borchers was hired as
human resources manager in 1990, promoted to director of human resources
in 1994 and, two years later, to vice president of human resources. In
1988, Borchers was hired as benefits manager of Richman Gordman Stores,
Inc., also in Omaha.
Borchers received a
bachelor’s degree in management of human resources from Bellevue
University. She’s also a graduate of the Human Resources Executive
Program at Stanford University. She currently serves on the board of
directors of Girls Inc.

Jeff
Butler - Vice President
of Residential Sales
Jeff Butler joined Cox Omaha in 2005 as vice president of
residential sales. In this role, he is responsible for growing
market share and customer relationships by developing a sales force
that is both technologically savvy and customer oriented. Prior to
joining the Omaha team, Butler served as director of residential
sales with Cox Communications in Phoenix, Arizona. Previously, he
held leadership
positions with WorldCom Wireless, U.S. West Cellular and AMRE,
Inc.Butler holds a
bachelor’s degree in ecology and evolutionary biology from the
University of Connecticut. He currently serves on the board of
directors of Boys and Girls Clubs of
the Midlands.

Tom
Stokes - Vice President
of Field Operations
Tom Stokes has held the position of vice president of field
operations for Cox Communications since 1996. In this role he
oversees a staff of more than 250 employees responsible for all
aspects of field operations including service installation,
trouble shooting, customer service and support for both
residential and business customers. Stokes began his career with
Cox as a direct sales representative and later served as direct
sales and telemarketing supervisor, general sales manager, and
director of field operations before taking his current position.
Prior to joining Cox Communications, Stokes worked in property
management for Witt Properties.
Stokes received his bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University
and his master’s degree from the University of Nebraska at
Omaha, both in the area of business. He currently serves on the
board of directors for Project Harmony and volunteers for the
American Cancer Society and St.
Andrew Episcopal Church.

| Joe
Seda - Vice President of
Network Operations
Joe Seda’s career with Cox Communications in Omaha began
as manager of network operations and, later, director of network
operations. Today, Seda is Cox’s vice president of network operations,
responsible for design, construction, operation and maintenance of the
company’s video, voice and data systems. Before joining Cox, Seda, a
registered professional engineer, served for 26 years in the U.S. Air
Force where he developed new aircraft, missile, air traffic control and
sensor systems.
Seda holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He earned his MBA from Wright State
University in Dayton, Ohio.

Mark
Caniglia - Vice President of Marketing
Mark Caniglia serves as Cox Communications’ vice president of
marketing. Beginning his career with Cox Communications as manager
of easements in 1981, he has 27 years experience in the
communications and cable industry. Caniglia held several positions
with Cox Communications including direct sales representative, sales
manager and general sales manager before stepping into the VP role
in 1991. He has been an integral part of introducing additional
product lines for the company including telephone and Internet
services.
Caniglia received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business
from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He currently serves on the
board of directors of Heartland Family Services.

| Phil
Higgins - Vice President
and General Manager of Cox Media
In January 2006 Phil
Higgins was named vice president and general manager of Cox Media in
Omaha. In his role Higgins oversees all local and national advertising
for the company’s ad insertable cable networks. Higgins entered the
cable industry as an account executive with American Heritage
Cablevision in Council Bluffs, Iowa, where he sold local advertising on
cable networks to produce revenues for the local system. In 1993, he was
promoted to Local Sales Manager. While working in that capacity, Higgins
collaborated with other sales managers to maximize inventory through
creative packaging, promotions and rate control. Five years later,
Higgins was promoted to general sales manager, where he was responsible
for all revenue from local, national and regional advertisers.
Higgins holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bellevue
University.

Logsdon - Director of
Regulatory Affairs
Rob Logsdon has served
as director of regulatory affairs for Cox Communications Omaha since
2000. In this role he is responsible for assuring Cox Communications
remains in compliance with federal and state laws. Prior to his time
with Cox, he served 11 years at the Nebraska Public Service Commission,
the last six of which he served as executive director.
Logsdon received his
bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. He
currently serves on the board of directors for the Lincoln YMCA.

Kristin
Peck - Vice President of
Government and Public Affairs
Kristin Peck
serves as the vice president of government and public affairs for Cox
Communications in Omaha. In her role, Peck oversees local, state and
federal affairs, media relations, community outreach and employee
communications initiatives. She has worked for Cox since
2001, starting
in the Kansas operation and moving to Omaha in April 2005. Previously,
Peck served as the public information officer for the City of Wichita
and a reporter and news anchor for KNSS in Wichita.
Peck
holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Wichita State University.
She serves on the board of directors of Big Brothers and Sisters
and the Omaha Children's Museum.

Bob
Sebby - Vice President of
Customer Care
Bob Sebby serves as vice president of customer care for Cox
Communications Omaha. In this role, he manages a team of more than
250 employees responsible for technical and billing support for
residential and commercial customers. He strives to keep his team
aware of the latest technological advances so they can meet the
demands of our growing customer base. Sebby started in the cable
industry as a field technician in 1969 and joined the Cox
Communications team in 1987.
Sebby holds a
bachelor’s degree in communications from Northern Illinois University
and an MBA from the University of
Nebraska at Omaha.
He currently serves on the board of directors
for Camp Fire USA.

Hyman Sukiennik - Vice
President of Cox Business Services
Hyman Sukiennik serves as vice president
of Cox Business at Cox Communications. In June 1998, while
employed as the commercial sales manager, he became one of the
first employees involved in the establishment of Cox Business in
the Omaha market. Sukiennik currently leads a team of more than
100 employees focused on providing voice, data, Internet and
video services to thousands of companies in the Omaha metro
area. Prior to his work with Cox Communications, Sukiennik held
a variety of positions at AT&T in the business network services
group.
Sukiennik received his bachelor’s
degree from Bellevue University and his master’s degree from the
University of Nebraska at Omaha, both in the area of business.
He currently serves as Co-Chair on the board of directors of
Child Saving Institute and on the board of Beth El Synagogue.

Richard Sbragia, Vice President of
Business Operations
Richard
Sbragia serves as vice president
of business operations for Cox Communications Omaha.
Sbragia is responsible for supporting the financial
and operational goals of the Omaha operation through
business planning and review of systems and processes. He’s
also responsible for setting operational goals and
translating key company strategies into actionable business
practices.
Sbragia
joined Cox in 1998 as a financial analyst for Cox Media
(formerly CableRep). He was promoted to senior financial
analyst for Cox Communications in 2000, manager of business
development in 2001, director of operations in 2003 and most
recently served as director of financial analysis. Prior to
joining Cox, he served as a senior business analyst for
Coverdell & Company. A graduate of California State
University, Sbragia holds a bachelor’s degree in science and
a dual degree in finance and risk management.
